Our goal at the Homestead is to provide our clients with the foundation for your event.  All you have to do is come in and create your design to meet your event aesthetics and personal design vision.

Hourly Rental 1st Floor:

  • $250 for the first 4 hours, additional hours are $50/hour

  • Reservation time is total time in the space: set up, event, and tear down

  • Ideal for 30-35 guests

  • Full use of Farmhouse 1st floor with a family-style table with seating for 16-22 guests in Great Room

  • Outdoor space includes additional 2 table with 16 chairs

  • All set up of venue amenities

  • Access to Décor and Tableware Inventory 

  • Chiavari Chairs and Rounds with Linens for additional outside seating during hourly 1st floor rental - $50 per table up up to 3

  • On Site Event Support - additional $20 per hour

Overnight Retreat

  • $275 per night, two night minimum

  • Check In: 3:00 p.m.

  • Check Out: 11:00 a.m.

  • Bedroom 1: King Size Bed

  • Bedroom 2: Two Bunk Beds - Twin over Full

  • Common 2nd Floor Full Bath
